Order a repeat prescription
Repeat prescription requests may be made in the following ways:
Online through Patient Access – if you do not have log in details, please contact the Practice to set up your log in with a member of our reception team.
In writing - posted to or dropped into the letter box by the front door
Please remember to state clearly which items you require, and to make the request in good time. Requests received by 1.00 p.m. will be available from local chemists which have an arrangement with the Practice within 72 hours.
If the medication you are requesting requires to be reviewed by a clinician or you have not had the medication before your prescription request may take longer to action.
Local chemists operate a ‘pick-up’ service for prescriptions. Ask your chemist for details.
